Battery Registration

Register within 30 days of delivery to activate warranty coverage. Warranty begins on the date of registration.

Required for MegaFlow Lift Truck & GSE warranty — coverage ends at 5 years or 10,000 hours, whichever comes first. Record current hours on the equipment at time of registration.

Warranty note: MegaFlow Lift Truck & GSE warranty coverage expires at 5 years or 10,000 operating hours, whichever comes first. The hours recorded here establish the baseline for your warranty period.

For commercial and industrial applications (AGV/AMR, lift trucks, GSE, AWPs), TWS may require a commissioning report as a condition of warranty eligibility. Invoice or receipt from TWS or your authorized distributor.

Required for AGV/AMR, lift truck, GSE, and AWP warranty claims. Retain originals.

Accessory Warranty: TWS accessories (chargers, SOC displays, cables, and similar) carry a 1-year warranty from the date of shipment — not the date of installation or registration. Your shipment date is therefore the most important date to record accurately.

Found on the product label or order documentation.

Located on the product label. Required for all warranty claims.

The accessory warranty period begins on this date. Use the ship date shown on your delivery documentation — not the order date or installation date.

Helps TWS route technical support for charger compatibility questions. Not required.

Found on the charger label or product datasheet.
